Moderator/s - nominations please!

Recent events have shown that there is probably the need to refresh the current (inactive) moderator team.

Therefore, I am looking for nominations for one or more site moderators.

Either nominate yourself or someone else, with the following roles in mind:

  • moving, editing, deleting topics
  • helping site members out with issues including PMs, posting pictures, finding topics
  • referring issues with threads, sales, members to me
  • reporting site technical problems to me

Realistically, a site moderator is really an extra set of eyes looking over the site when I can't and making sure that things that need to be dealt with aren't missed - even if the moderator doesn't deal with that themselves and just flags it up with me.

There's no fixed term required, or fixed "hours"; however you or your nominee should be an established and regular forum user.

If you feel that you or someone else would be good for the role then just let me know Smile Like this site? Buy some RRSPORT goodies to show your support!

Beancounter appears to be a level headed chap.

I would be happy to nominate him if he wants to take on the role.

Martin,

I would love to be a Mod, however I would struggle with the time (as I find it hard looking after LPR enquiries and questions across the 6 sites). It may also be inappropriate for a sponsor to become one, therefore I will be happy to hit the 'red triangle' more often if I see anything that needs to be moved, merged, deleted etc.

Apart from the dependable NPinks, I also think the Beancounter would be the right man for the job.

All the best with the recruitment drive.

What is the package?

I don't get out of bed for less than private dental and a buxom PA.

I would suggest Sexy Pauly and Essex Gooner

In the real world I would suggest: npinks, Ady, awdman, bean, x5pea etc etc

Thanks guys Bow down Thumbs Up , not been around here long, but nice to get the vote of confidence (or be handed the Censored stick, I can't work out which Whistle ).

Not sure I could devote as much time as needed to being a moderator if I'm brutally honest. I'll gladly help out wherever possible (hitting the red triangle is a particular favourite of mine already Laughing ), but I'm approaching a busy period too, (moving house, holiday and travel with work) so won't be on here that much for a few weeks, nor would I want to mess Martin around. Am happy to keep an eye out on here whenever I'm on, which like awd is main during the day.........just don't tell work Laughing

Regardless of whether I can lend a hand, it seems to be a similar list being created here tbh and I'd gladly vote for any of the following if they put their hats in the ring and can devote a little more time than me:
Ady 555, Npinks, awd man, x5pea, Jonny............ and even though his been on here a shorter time than me, Jim4244 Thumbs Up ON THE WAY: BMW F21 M140i
