Rusty Bits
took the motor to the delightful folk at Stratstone in Stoke today (no really they are nice ) to get them to look at my rusty bits .
the gas strutts and their mounting points on the main boot lid have gone rusty as have most of the nuts/washers on the door hinges. the Startstone man seemed to be very surprised. rear wiper blade held together by rust too, has the car been parked in the sea or is it just crappy parts again?? 2007 FR2 Stornoway Grey and every toy

Sadly a case of the latter.
Mine are all the same. Had the gas struts replaced under warranty; but good luck with the other parts.

the world of LR ownership is not new to me, i do love a rolling collection of electrical faults but not had the rust issue before, maybe all my previous ones were too dirty 2007 FR2 Stornoway Grey and every toy
