Great thanks for the info just waiting for the LR dealer to call me back to get it sorted, I guess the smoke was the Turbo de-coking itself as I was accelerating hard at the time. We all know how to clean the Turbo out before it goes in for an MOT so your emissions are ok don’t we |

The wife had the same issue in an old Freelander we had, it turned out the the turbo had popped due to the oil not getting to it. |
