Hi guys,

Picked up my first RRS today, coming from 4 years of 911 ownership (eventually got fed up of speed bumps and pot holes In Reading which took all the fun of the 911 away)

I've picked up a 2007 TDV6, stornaway, 49k miles which I plan to get remapped to get a little more umphh.

I'm in Reading and wanted to ask for any recommendations locally. Alternatively within 50-60 miles if needs be?

From what I've read it's a worth while mod?

Yes, those guys... 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
2008 TDV8 - it was a labour of love and is much missed

Welcome to the RRS club!  2005 Range Rover Sport TDV6 HSE in Artic Frost. 20" 2010 HST Alloys, sidesteps, Hawke tips, plus minor bits and bobs along with a remap. Four spike spiders ready for the Alps again now tucked up in their garage boxes...

Looks nice - what have you got planned in addition to the remap? Most start with clear side indicator lenses, bigger alloys, subtle colour coding etc etc. FF 4.4 V8 Soooo looking forward to this bad boy

MJF, thanks that's just down the road for me as well.

Bradders - indicators have been done, ordered them before I got the car! Also ordered colour coded wing mirrors and side steps from LR which will be fitted next weekend. Apart from that ill get a remap sorted, probably some 22" and Hybrid TV in the front. Also plan to rejuvenate the Brembos at some point (in black with white lettering)

Am debating black lettering as I have an autobiography badge that the previous owner kindly left on for me.... So might change the lot.

Oh, also need some interior mats, not sure if they'll count as a mod tho!

Just spoke to Sarah at Rovertune and seems like a good setup. They can do the Alive remap for just under £500 inc VAT which sounds reasonable.

Anyone had Gary @Alive do their remap before? Happy with it?

Glad I found this thread, always nice to know there is a tried and tested Indie in the area, and Rovertune are just round the corner!
