Lupo, I came to the Sport from a 2003 Range Rover TD6. The Sport is smaller but it isn't noticable from an interior space/comfort point view unless you are very "broad of beam" The front section of the transmission tunnel is a lot higher than in RR but it only serves to make the car feel snugger inside. You will notice the firmer suspension settings however - you feel road surface imperfections in the Sport that you just hear as tyre noice in the big RR but the pay-off is next to no roll in corners. The biggest difference between Sport and RR is in the boot/trunk where there are no stowage cubbies like you have in the back of the Range Rover. You will love the Sport - it IS very much more car like to drive. 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

I too have been in and out of Range Rovers for many years, the Sport is different in so many ways but so similar at the same time. It is fantastic to see what LR have achieved with the Sport. I prefer the interior style/setup in the SPORT but would like the option to have some of the materials used in its bigger brother.

MDP, fully agree on the materials front - and up here we have had a superb autumn day spoiled only by the grockles driving at 35mpg to admire the Highland scenary!
