just a blanking panel, raised the same as the switch to the left of the hazard warning, therefore you would not have thought it to be that difficult to just wire it in and put a proper switch in Another Pommie Bar Steward down under

It it were me - i would pop it off and see if the loom is there...it wouldnt surprise me in the slightness to find it (although sometimes its attached to the loom somewhere else) and then a £9 switch will take you most if not all of the way there Mike

Zilch, I am guessing you only have front sensors.
My OZ MY11 has front and rear parking sensors. It has the park sensor disable switch shown in UK photo. The switch disables both the front and rear sensors at the same time.
Maybe all UK RRS's have front and rear sensors. Now :3.0 TDV6, Stornoway grey, Premium Almond leather,Dynamic Pack , Paddle shifters, Rear Electronic Diff, Surround Camera System, Park Distance Control - Front, Tow Pack, 19 x 9" 5 V-Spoke wheels, Memory Pack, Cold Climate Pack, Carpet Mat Set, Roof rails, general Grabber ATs,

Ordered, due May 17 SDV6 Dynamic Loire Blue, Ivory, Drive Pro pack, Sliding roof, Heated seats and steering wheel, Surround cameras, Tow pack with Advanced Tow Assist, Meridian 825w sound,

Wonder if thats why Zilch Confused

In the UK, as the button turns the sensors on as well as off,
eg you pull into a space front ways and want to get close to the wall/fence etc. You can press the switch and the sensors will come on as they are not active unless reverse is selected otherwise.

If they are bleeping like mad and you want to turn them off, press the button again and they disable (both front and rears).

Either way, I'm sure Barry had a game plan when he made the choice to omit them from Oz, just maybe not a well thought out game plan Laughing ON THE WAY: BMW F21 M140i
