Hull Comp X as a good clay cartridge Thumbs Up

I have used them before in 7.5/28g plastic, doesn't give much recoil

I use Swillington Shooting Supplies branded Elay First 7.5/28g plastic and tried 7.5/24g when they gave me the wrong box which did not give as much kick but still smashed the clays, and obviously there is the 21g versions too

I liked the Hull Comp X, cleaner barrells for some reason, but I keep to Elay now as i can get them more locally without a 45 min trip each way,

going down the round of using Elay Fibre wads next as one of my local grounds i shoot is going fibre only, so its worth checking the grounds your shooting and what they accept when your buying

United Kingdom 2012 Range Rover Sport SDV6 HSE Orkney Grey

I use Eley First 28g 7.5 in plastic but have a case of fibre for the odd time I might need them. I use Eley Game 30g 6 in fibre for pheasants on beaters' days and HB Pigeon for, well, pigeons! Wink

I like Eley cartridges and my local gun shop seems to have them for reasonable money every time I go in to reload (I buy 1000 for clays at a time usually)

Now I just need to get more of the shot in the right place more often and I'll be sorted! Whistle 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
2008 TDV8 - it was a labour of love and is much missed

That's what concerns me Nick Laughing

Took up cycling last year and have gone head long into it, ended doing the London to Amsterdam ride last September, 330 miles in 45 hours and have the London to Paris 24 hours ride penned in for 2013. Noy sure if Mrs Bean will be too chuffed if I take up another hobby Whistle Laughing ON THE WAY: BMW F21 M140i

Rolling with laughter , although compared to trying to get a flight out of Heathrow at the moment, I recon I'd get there in around the same time Laughing ON THE WAY: BMW F21 M140i
