Yes it will be stamped on the inside of the wheel, if it isn't, then don't buy them, RRS need to be 950kg minimum per wheel, overfinch and kahn are 1050kg per wheel i think, there are a lot of 22" wheels out there that are only 850kg per wheel which is dangerous on a RRS.

Where did you get this from? I believe mine are genuine wheels and stamped "only" 860kg each:

I think up to 20" the weight rating is less critical due to the larger tyre wall cushion effect.

I understand the point you are making but I don't think any of the wheel manufacturers quote dynamic loadings - it would have to be a different figure per tyre/wheel combination. I don't think there is a linear relationship either between static loading rates and dynamic loadings. Ady - didn't want to contradict you just for the sake of it - just sharing info off my car...they well may be fakes |
