Why do people do it?

Just searching the auto trader and came across this little number:-

How can anyone honestly think "Oh my word, a 2009 RRS HSE on 33k for £9000! Seem's legit, what a bargin!" while the seller also states "Please do not call, I'm not able to take phone calls at this moment."

The number of skis you see up for sale on the UK site advertised as a UK ski..then you see the picture and it has an American DataTag registration on it, with big Florida SUV's in the background and the odd palm tree for good measure  RRS gone
