Hi all, first post so id just like to say hello. Also wondering if anyone could help me please? Ive just bought a 55 plate 2.7 hse. I have entered my vin on the land rover site and under the bluetooth section it gives me compatible phones etc.

The problem is, every phone i have tried, cannot find my RR? I have looked in the rear cubby in the boot and i cannot see the bluetooth module, only the TMS module.

I have the colour touch screen sat nav, Should my RS be fitted with BT or is it possible that it never was? If not, how hard is it to retro fit?

Also shoulf the nav screen show trip info etc?

Are there buttons on your steering wheel, one with a green phone and one with a red phone. If these are not present then the car isn't bluetooth enabled. 2005 Zambezi TDV6 - Gone but not forgotten

to retrofit, you will need (assuming you dont have them already....

Steering Wheel Switchpacks for left (with the voice control button) and right (with the red/green phone button)
Microphone
D4 Blutooth Unit
Most Cable
Piggy back electrical connector and some basic wiring to the BT unit.

Most importantly you will need someone with a Faultmate with an RRS licence to enable it so that it works.

All the above would be around £280 + fitting and enabling

BUT you would then get your phonebook on your screen and will connect to pretty much all the current phones.

Cheers for the replies I've got voice button but no red and blue, any ideas where I can get the buttons? Nothing on eBay. I take it a d4 module will work then?

Should my nav screen show trip info? If not how do I enable it? I've seen it on other rrs with the same setup

Sorry I wasnt sure if you meant Yeovil as a place or it was his user name. I've googled the trip info and can't find anything?

Does the user manual not give you any pointers re the reip info.
