I also work in the oil sector which helps too Wink I complain when I fill up at the pump prices, but with oil at $111 a barrel, I shouldn't moan as its good for business Laughing

Your right though, even when firms are going insolvent they 'need' accountants Embarassed

Well as long as your ripping the oil companies off with your fees (which I hope you are!) they will get the favour returned! haha

If it looks like a bigger evoque I'd be happy!(rumour is there will be a "grande evoque" soon.
I would like lower emissions , as paying £6.5k a year in tax is a bit steep!
And not a deal breaker, but some decent lighting inside would be nice!

Cheers

If the RRS is for drug dealers and premiership footballers, then the Evoque is for women and the hairdressing fraternity!

Strange looking little car!

What about a small diesel generator, well insulated for noise driving 4 powerful electric motors, with a battery back up like the Vauxhaul Ampera (not like the stupid Prius!)... great fuel economy, instant high torque, no transmission loss and the smaller engine and drive train would go a good way to compensating for the heavier batteries?

Its the transmission drain that makes 4 x 4s so hard to fuel, so this might sort the problem once and for all!?

(P.S. I hereby patent the idea in case Rattan Tata is reading this forum!)

I think the front end of the evoque looksfantastic, very aggressive!! , ok the back looks like someone has ran into it, but if the new corporate face is like the evoque then I'll be happy!
Cheers

I must admit, I'm the same as you Codfather, I think if the Evoque is the new face of RR, its not a bad place to be. Thumbs Up

Have looked at getting Mrs Bean an Evoque at some point down the line. Nice sized car without having to go down the X3 or Q5 route which is so Yawn

For me:
Remote closing boot - the powered boot is so good, but not being able to close it remotely or when sat in the car is a pain.
Better fuel economy (not that I'm complaining, but a lot of competitors are achieving WAY higher figures)
Head Up display Bow down Was in the M3 I test drove prior to this.......so cool Cool

Oh, and a spare wheel that cannot be nicked by a 2 year old with a set of Tomy pliers. Whistle

All of these sound great!

Im not phased by build quality - it seems very good to me.

I think there needs to be a more marked move from the disco (thats happening)
A few features should be standard (like the move on the 11 and 12 from the 10 and earlier)
Digital Clocks like the FFRR
Better Infotaiment system
Car Based WIFI
Delete the stupid 1 piece electric boot...or at least have a split boot electric
Better fuel economy is a given 45-50 should be the minimum mark
Reduced emissions (a couple of bands)
Fix the rear interior lights Mike
