Scotland 2012 Range Rover Sport SDV6 HSE Santorini Black
Sat Nav display and audio display remains lit after locking?

On Monday I discovered I had a flat battery. Not certain of the cause and needed to leave early the next morning for the west coast of Scotland i took the decision to buy a new battery. I have since discovered that if I unlock the car without putting the key in the ignition e.g. just opening the boot or a door then when I come to lock the car again the sat nav display and audio display remains lit? I am guessing that this maybe the cause of my previous flat battery. Anyone any experience of this happening and the reason? When I lock the car immediately after removing the key from the ignition the sat nav display goes out immediately and soon after the audio display. RRS 3.0 SDV6 HSE 2012 Santorini Black

IIRC they go off after 15mins if the key has not been put into the ignition between unlocking and relocking.
