Sadly it's not as simple as that. Failing to disclose is a separate offence (3 points). If you genuinely don't know who was driving, seek legal advice. |

Part of the problem is that you, as the registered keeper, are responsible for the vehicle and who was driving it. Saying "I don't know" is not likely to be much help. Either it was you or someone you know. And if they won't take the points then it's you who will be doing so.

^^^Only if you admit it was you driving, just because you own the car doesn't mean you have to take the penalty for someone else if you genuinely don't know for sure who was driving at that particular point.
