Completely agree Ady Thumbs Up

I travel to Singapore a fair amount with work, the one thing that always makes me laugh:

When on a plane TO SINGAPORE, the announcement before landing "Please note that anybody found to be importing drugs into Singapore will be punished by the death penalty" Shocked No messing there!

When coming back TO THE UK, similar timed announcement "please note that the importation of dairy, plant and meat products is forbidden" Rolling with laughter

The sooner we start getting tougher on people, the sooner we'll get this country back on track. People will either learn to abide, or move out, simples Twisted Evil

You're right, that does feel better Rolling with laughter ON THE WAY: BMW F21 M140i

Set up by someone who is obviously not too happy. Some interesting/fun stuff in there. 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
2008 TDV8 - it was a labour of love and is much missed

They missed out the bit that says "unless they're from country we like where a senior politician is prepared to beg for you be givena prison sentence which you can then serve at home".

Even places that have the death penalty don't always apply it to every crime for which it is prescribed. 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders

Don't misunderstand my position - I'm fully supportive of full and meaningful sentencing of offenders. 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders

I think the issue is that things have slipped so much now over here, that trying to recover the position is very difficult. What with 'human rights' and all that other Censored
I'd definitly consider Singapore if the option became available to move there.
Only down side is I'd have to say bye bye to the RRS, their car tax and import fees are astronomical Big Cry ON THE WAY: BMW F21 M140i

I think each of the water companies waste between 21-27% of their water 3bn litres/day. Who's going to fine them for that? also can we customers keep their fines?

Also my car is getting a good soaking in the rain today but its getting dirtier not cleaner

ahh the golden days of a clean car Oh wow

Anyways nobody has been fined during a hosepipe ban, it's a myth... Like a Swan can break your arm RRS Dynamic

I think the main problem down south is their insistence on a daily bath whereas we make do with a weekly Sunday dip only ,so,why not divert your bath outlet to a water butt should be enough in by Saturday and run your Karcher out of that, problem solved Thumbs Up MY2011 HSE Santorini/Ivory/Piano Black/Privacy Glass/TV .Sadly gone.

i get charged £70 a month for the water that comes of my roof, if it rains or not, so there is no way in hell they would stop me using a hosepipe, you cannot charge on one hand and then say you cannot use it coz we have none......!

Put it another way, how can the water board expect you to pay for water they can't provide, thats exactly what they are expecting people to do Mr. Green Would you still pay for fuel for your motor if they couldn't provide it Question Here you are a full tank of fresh air that will be £120 please Evil or Very Mad
