The best thing to do is call a automotive expert. Try to have it checked. See if you can drive it for long journeys.

Lol i decided to give it some welly today to make sure it was nice and warm......at 11.7mpg so were my pants afterwards!!!! If it doesnt scare you it isnt heavy enough

If its a newer one then it is fitted with a particulate filter that needs to get really hot every now and again. THis is so it can complete a burn/clean cycle.

2009 S/C , yeah thats my plan, i live 5mins walk from town or 1min drive, needed to do the food shop and halfords to pick up some detailing clay, and a new wash mit...so i decided to go for a nice drive down the local-ish lanes before stopping by the shops Very Happy If it doesnt scare you it isnt heavy enough
