Step by step guide to removing body shell.

Hi does any one have a step by step guide on removing rrs body shell or a link to where i can find instructions to remove body shell ive looked every where but can not find any info.. PLEASE HELP ME

Why do we need the same post in three different places -one place will do. Or else you get what you have - the same answer three times.

Topix is the go and download the relevant section from the Workshop manual - be aware though it is written for the use of trained landrover mechanics - not quite a workshop manual for 'dummies' like the Haynes manuals are.
