Transmission Fault

Hi,
Today I went to 4-Tech for the Auto Gearbox Flush. After only about 20 min. everything's done, on going back I noticed that the engine and gear change very smooth. After 45 miles, the display showed big 'F' and engine rev. up high (3500-4000 rpm). I stopped and switched off the engine, went to check if any oil leaks but found nothing then start engine again, everythings back to normal. No more fault. Continueing the journey home and FAULT happened again after about 50 miles. Did all the re start again to get home. Phone 4-Tech to ask if missing something on the full flush but get some simple answers such as air in box etc.
Anyone out there has experience this problem and any solution.
Thanks. 2005 RRS TDV6 HSE Java Black

Yes, its only 20 min. He disconnected the two front pipes and connected to his machine, started the engine and waited till the 'timer' clock on his machine turned to the end (no. 14) then stop the engine, reconnected the two pipes to the car. 2005 RRS TDV6 HSE Java Black
