2013 Range Rover Sport SDV6 HSE Santorini Black

Front Fog Lights

Now, I only noticed this last night, at slow speeds when I indicate the front fog light on the side that I am turning comes on.

Is this an electrical fault or an aid to illuminate in the direction that you intend to steer?

Its not your fog light, its a bulb in your head lamp unit, or it is on mine

It's an aid for cornering Jim, I don't know the technology name, but if you indicate at under 30 or 25 mph, a light will luminate in that direction. Don't think the handbook makes any reference to it as far as I could see though. AsNik says, it's a bulb in your headlight cluster.

I like the cornering lights but have found that they can be triggered on a slow bit of wiggly road even without the indicators being selected. Which is fine so long as it doesn't happen near a junction and the car at the junction thinks you're indicating and so they can pull out!! Which has happened to me... 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
2008 TDV8 - it was a labour of love and is much missed

I think thats a different feature...because there is one

I'm wondering if I just assumed they were idiots for having their fog lights on ON THE WAY: BMW F21 M140i
