Which Dual Battery System?

Hi All

I'm looking to install a dual battery system on my 06 RRS 2.7 and wanted to get your opinions / experiences beforehand so I can weigh-up some pros and cons before I buy

I've seen a few posts on this forum and the D3 forums where guys have gone with the Traxide Tronics and I think it was Riminired who installed a Piranha system. From the reading I've done I'm leaning towards the Traxide unit with the socket extension.

Does anyone know if these kits allow you to crank off the second battery if the first is dead / drained? - I was thinking without getting under the bonnet to swap them around Wink

What's your thoughts guys?

Cheers Pete

Australia 2013 Range Rover Sport SDV6 SE Santorini Black

The latest Traxide kit (U160?) allows for this - connects the two batteries together via remote switch in the cabin, as well as a few other functions.

Thanks Gordon

I couldn't find anything on the Traxide website which looked like a simple button on the dash but to be fair there is a message saying the site is being updated!

I'll ping them a mail to get a price and parts list

Thanks again
