Thought I would share my experience and let off some frustration, ordered a front grill and door handles 3wks ago just under £300 told be delivered within a wk, wk went passed never received anything. Called them last thursday told me it was in being painted and should have it beginning of the wk, nothing arrived. Called yesterday told they would look into it and call me back never heard so I called them where they told me it had something to do with their courier but it had been sent should have it today. Nothing has arrived called at 3.30 put me on hold for ten mins then cut off, called back they did say sorry lol and they will find out straight away what's happened and will call me back ASAP still not heard and when I try calling it just rings out.

They do say bad experiences last longer than good ones. They have just lost another customer after I receive my parts.

I think there is already a fairly long line of people like you with similar experiences.
I'll be honest, not sure that the name 'Pimp my ......' would attract me to them anyway. ON THE WAY: BMW F21 M140i

Sheer ignorance I'll be calling on Monday first thing to get this sorted or I may even drive down and have a word

with all the bad pr on the site I'm surprised you even entertained using them

I ordered from them before with no problems, I can assure u if I don't get my goods or refund I will def be paying them a visit

No parcel number told I will get refund by end of the wk, will Wait and see if not I'll have to deal with the matter myself

Have had the same expereince and at a cost of over £900.00. New I was being given the run around all week so started to hassle for the courier detials and the tracking number....as it is on a van apparantly, like hell it is! Going to call trading standards on Monday but reckon I have lost my money, hate to see anyone else conned like this. Maybe we should all get together and pay them a visit. Also going through every business listing I can find them on through Google and leaving a review.

Please tell me you paid with a credit card?

If so, then just call your card issuer and process through them, they have powers to pull back money through the merchant account, if done quick enough.

Ordered and paid for door handles and mirror covers day before I got my Rrsport, then on picking the car up agreed to have the whole colour coding done so cancelled the order with those idiots straight away. 13 phone calls and two emails later and still no refund, Paypal sorted it out and got my refund 6 weeks later.(good job Paypal)

What a. Complete load of to ers. Hope they go under ASAP

Unfortunatly 'twas my other half who did the order and I did think at the ime that it was an awfull lot to blindly give a company you know nothing about, and he used business debit card ...and we will pursue in county court and get bailiffs down there if needs be .... The forms are real simple to fill in , you should go down that route . Complaint already emailed to. Torbay trading standards office. If PMR can't supply a tracking number and courier ,send letter recorded delivery giving them 5 days to refund or you will take the matter to court . So simple to do. If they still don't settle up I think you can apply to make them bankrupt!

Just a thought but does anyone know who owner of the company is, searched companies house and nothing so I am guessing sole trader or partnership ?
