Having just had the remote heater setup and installed, I started wondering whether there were any other options that could be added at a later date on the cars.

As per the plug for the remote heater unit, is the wiring already in place for the surround cameras? If so, would it be a simple software update and adding the necessary cameras?

Depending on where the cameras are located, I assume different wing mirror housings or front bumper would be required in order to house the cameras.

Is this a possibility? Or should I say cost effective possibility? RRS 3.0D HSE 11MY - Fuji White, a few extras.

Not heard of anyone doing it and think that when LR had issues with the cameras they had to delete option off production line with no possibility for later dealer fitting.

Would be good it this was not true.

This option was near the top of the list when I was looking for my RRS. I found a great example without Vision Assist and so got my specialist on the case for a retro fit. Cost would have been well over five grand and I told him to forget it and he hadn't finished working out how it could be done.

I'm glad I waited as I found the perfect car about two months later.
