How do I take it out, I need to change the fog light bulb.
Do I need to go to the dealer for a bulb or will a Halfords bulb work ok.

No you don't need to go to your dealer, lift tailgate i think there is two screws holding the whole light unit in, unsrew both screws then you need to prise the light unit out towards the back of the car, it will be tight you may need to use a blunt instrument to help it out be very careful not to crack or chip the lense, once out simply change the bulb.
