Time to give them a wipe over with a glass cleaner type product ( AG fast glass etc and the screen also) or maybe time for a new set. Idea
How many miles have they been on there for ? ON THE WAY: BMW F21 M140i

As EF says, you're probably due a new set.
You may be able to breathe a bit of life into them by cleaning them, but it'll only be short term.
For the sake of £50 or whatever it costs, I'd grab a new set (including the back). Thumbs Up

Re which ones?, I can't help sorry as I've only recently acquired my new RRS. You can't go far wrong with Bosch or I have also used PIAA (stick it in google) in the past for other cars, a little pricy, but worth it Smile ON THE WAY: BMW F21 M140i

From what I can see you should be able to pick up a genuine Land Rover set off ebay for just over 30 quid plus postage or you could give Dan at Duckworths Land Rover a pm, he did me a good deal. 12MY RRS Orkney Grey HSE Lux

Replace them - life's too short to put up with squeaky windscreen wipers! It's a minor irritation that will only ever get worse. Jaguar XKR Convertible

Looks like that's the ones - although says its a 'twin' pack, so assume you get both Question
I'd also grab the rear one too if they have it. Thumbs Up ON THE WAY: BMW F21 M140i

Simples, an RRS-KID could do it Wink

Edit: On my previous Audi, you had to place the wipers into a 'service' mode (via the on board computer). This partially raised them on the screen, as they sat below the bonnet line, so you could change them. I'm not sure if thats an issue on an RRS though Question ON THE WAY: BMW F21 M140i

You could also try applying Rain-X or similar on the screen. Makes a big difference to how often the wipers are needed. Above about 40mph the rain just blows off the screen and you can rive with little or no wiper use. Thumbs Up 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
2008 TDV8 - it was a labour of love and is much missed
