England 2009 Range Rover Sport TDV8 HSE Santorini Black

this is probably also more a little toward a unforseen design fault rather than something they intended to do which simply does not work in the way a normal human would configure it!

they clearly never intended this one - its really the intentional ones im after Thumbs Up Have i got the busted controller?!?!!?

(Might just be an iPhone issue), when on a call and call waiting appears on the iphone you can't answer it through the car

Was doing this on my D3 as well, piggin annoying! Then worked out it's coz I was answering the phone by touching he phone's screen, now use the green phone paddle & it routes the call via the car mic & speakers. Thumbs Up

Ahhhh.....I'll try this thanks Thumbs Up

Tried this......doesn't work.

So my original gripe is back on the list Laughing

OK I have one that nobody has remarked about and it really is annoying!

I have a 55plate S/C the only clock in the car on the radio (I know that's been covered) But if that isn't bad enough when you make or receive a phone call (phone connected via the Bluetooth) the damn clock disappears Exclamation Exclamation WHY? So you have no idea what the time is while you on the phone!

'Yes Mr very important customer I'm on my way now and I should be with you at...... er.......about........ummm.....Sorry do you have the time please - only my 60K RRS don't have a DAMN clock that I can see while I'm on the phone!! Doh!!!'

This was corrected on the 2007 car Thumbs Up

Now the dash clock is always visible, even when on a call Thumbs Up RRS gone

Rear passenger outer seat belts - pre MY10 they used to have (ineffective) guide holders on the tops of the seats, these have now gone and the seat belts disappear down the edge of the seats.

So the old ones were naff but don't delete them altogether - just get them right!

But in fairness, they were Censored !!

I tucked the clips into the seat as they used t just rattle Evil or Very Mad

I've been wondering what the rattle over my right shoulder was, and I'm not joking Shocked

Tucked em in too.....rattling cured.

So in the LR r&d room I can picture one of the designers saying "you know this circa 70k car we are working on.... Wouldn't it be great if we could make it rattley in the back over the drivers shoulder?!?"

Leading me back to ask, what the hell were they thinking Question Exclamation Question Have i got the busted controller?!?!!?

Perhaps when we have compiled a list, james from LPR could forward this list onto LR to see if they can rectify these simple common sense issues for the next model Thumbs Up

On my 55 plate. Find it crazy that they've got orang indicators n reflectors when one of my work vans is a 52 and it's clear indicators all round. Also I hate it that when you plug the iPhone in to the aux, it doesn't go through the amp so you can't even drown out the sound of the kids arguing lol.
