United Kingdom 2005 Range Rover Sport TDV6 HSE Santorini Black
show us ya wheels

I'm in the market for a new set of wheels. I dont wanna look like a pimp but i would like 22's. On the other hand i don't mind the supercharged 20's but then its just like any other rrs.

In an ideal world my first choice would be overfinch supersport 22's. Reps of cause as i cant afford the real shabang. These to me just look ideal on the rrs left silver.

My second choice is swaying me the Dotz predator. Kinda think as my range is black these would look quite good. I know they're a popular choice for the rrs but not over popular.

Thirdly, i'm thinking just a set of supercharged 20's and have em done in satin black.

Not sure. By the way i know some say it makes the ride Censored poor but i'm not to bothered about that as the car doesn't get used that much.

Oppinions guys n girls. Post some pics of what you like or think looks good. doesn't have to be your car as long as its a RRS.

I like the revere's as it goes. Not bad not bad. But I still love those supersports. Only problems with the supersports is they don't fair up very well when they come in contact with a kurb, and the wife drives it. Rolling Eyes

Whatever you do, don't buy replicas. I've lost count of the amount of people I have spoken to who have purchased replica Overfinch wheels and it's ended up costing them more in the long run.

They are cheaply made and often do not have the correct load rating for the vehicle. This leads to the wheels cracking under the slightest pressure and the need to replace your wheels and in most cases your tyres too.

Some people even weld the replica wheels after they have cracked which severely weakens the wheel and increases the chances of a blowout.

Trust me, it is actually cheaper in the long run to purchase the real McCoy. It's also a lot safer too as our wheels all carry TuV approval and a 12 month warranty.

What's your budget felstmiester? I get used Overfinch alloys in all the time and also brand new Land Rover wheels that we take off the cars we order through our Land Rover account so I usually have something in stock to suit most pockets.

I get ya. But there's no way I would pay the kind of price genuine overfinch wheel go for. But on another note I understand safety comes first and yes 50% of 22" range rover wheels I see for sale second hand have been repaired or cracked and it seems the majority of them are overfinch reps. Weather that's down to popularity of said wheel or they're just made crap I don't know.

And now with the supercharged (replica) 22's

A quick note, the supercharged style alloys are way more kerb friendly than the supersports.
