i had the same issue on my old RRS, and it's the same on the new one!

Bobby knows, but on pre-MY10 it's something like hold both heater buttons down when turning the ignition on. If you search this forum, and my posts from a long time ago, all is revealed and, if I remember correctly, a diagram. It's something like "climate control self check". ============
