HaHa you guys!!!!!!, obviously this is a bone of contention to you but i can assure you my name is not Jason. I am in no way associated with them, just a description of my experience with them. Take it or leave it, it makes no odds to me. I just got the impression that the service wasn't up to speed but they were trying.
I thought i was going to have a complete nightmare after reading this thread, and especially after my phone calls went unreturned when they said they would be. Then came the answer machine with the message that it was full and no message could be left. So naturally i thought the worst! But it's all ok now.
Anyway......... i had bought some of the Hawke oval exhaust tips for an 11MY RRS TDV6 which were listed as fitting my car, but they were huge and apparently only fit the supercharged.
Does anyone know of any which will fit???????

Speaking with a courier on an unrelated incident last week, he told me that if you call the company you placed an order with, the standard response is often, the items have been delivered.

They use it as a way of buying themselves a little more time to find the missing items.

With the company we'd ordered from (a well known dept store owned by it's staff) they said the item was signed for by Justine, it turned out that this was the name of the lady at the courier company itself. Have i got the busted controller?!?!!?

Im having issues getting the goods ive paid for from Pimp my Range, I've had so many excuses from Jason ranging from a PC crash to the goods have been dispatched but never arriving? Im new to the world of aftermarket parts in the Range Rover world having only recently become a proud owner following years with Audi Quattro's so finding the right aftermarket company is a trial and error process for me at the moment.

I have again tried to contact them and they are now on Xmas shutdown so i will have to wait for the new year to continue my battle, but one thing is sure I WILL NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE EVERAGAIN and pity anyone who does!

On a more positive note i can not fault 4x4 direct or Powerful UK who were fantastic and it was a real pleasure ordering from these companies.

always bad stories to be told about Pimp MY Range, minus jason's one.... sorry Kim



Anyway unless your 18 years of age surely its not the best marketed name

As Pimp my Range have kept my money and not delivered my goods, i guess its a report to Trading Standards after the new year!

As a business owner myself, It defies belief that this company is still trading when it offers customer service like this?

Please think twice when ordering from Pimp My Range /Speed Culture. I had ordered several items from them a few months ago. I did receive the cheaper items but the headlight set I had ordered was never delivered to me. Everytime I spoke to Jason I was given a different excuse i.e awaiting parts, off on leave,etc. I asked for a refund a few weeks ago and Jason said that the accounts dept will credit my debit card but that never happened. I must have called Jason about 6 times and was told that that he would get back to me which he never did but never did. I am seriously considering taking some sort of action against this company. I see that alot of other members have had the same experience as I have. So if any one wants to take joint action count me in. zoheb_hassan@hotmail.com
