just buy complete arms. they come with new bushes already fitted and a new ball joint.

you'll almost certainly have to cut through the bolts of the existing arms with a reciprocating saw (get plenty of good quality metal cutting blades)
so you also need new bolts set.

Parts are about £300 if your doing ARB's and Track Rod ends as well.

I did mine a few weeks ago (D3, but the same)

The stress to get the old arms off without damage and then trying to get the old bushes out and new ones in, just isn't worth it.

The job itself is pretty straight forward if only the bolts would come out of the bushes! Bodsys Brake Bible

Fronts lower are about £120 each, rear upper is about £85 each. New complete Bolt sets for all four is about £75.

Best price is from Nick Lee who is parts Manager at Yeovil Landrover. Even with postage, his discount will beat local dealers.

Call him on 01935 476660 tell him Bodsy sent you Wink Bodsys Brake Bible

bolts are a nightmare, had to cut mine off in the end. Best approach is defo to do the whole arm, IIRC i got them at 120 each

I had both bottom arms replaced by a local independant, 2 arms £255.74 fitting £90.00 all plus VAT. Not worth rebushing, too tricky and time consuming. Good luck Thumbs Up

When you speak to Nick to order the parts, give him your VIN number and he'll tell you what you need to know. Thumbs Up Bodsys Brake Bible

I think all the drop links are the same, as suggested call local dealers they will sort u out and will likely have them in stock.
