As the Hankook's are still on back order, eta sometime after xmas, I've opted for some general grabbers after doing a little bit of research.

Sticking with the 22's after much deliberation, going on tuesday morning

Any of you guys had any experiences of general grabbers on here, general opinion of them wet / snow etc ?

They say they are pretty quiet tyre in the dry, last few days the traction light been flickering on corners and roundabouts and not really been pushing on when it's happened, it has been very wet last few days, and tyres still have 2/3 mm on them, so didn't expect the car to be slipping around as easily when it started raining.. hence the push to get some fresh boots on her ..

Great tyre but as far as I'm aware you cant get them in any size above 275/40/20

Don't think they have the speed rating for the supercharged mate. Got to be carefull cause the insurance company will not pay out in an accident. MY11 Autobiography supercharged. Santorini Black. Monaco interior. Rear screens. Privacy.

These tyres only go too 130mph mate. Not enough for the supercharged. Think you can check on there web site. You will lose traction on 2-3mill on your tyres on wet roads book says not too go below 4mill on wet roads(standing water). The speed rating on tyres is as much to do with the amount of torque generated as the speed driven. The higher the top speed the more torque stress possibly applied to the tyre in accelerating and braking.
