United Kingdom 2008 Range Rover Sport TDV8 HSE Siberian Silver
Washer pump question. 2008 Range Rover Sport.

Gents,

I am having my 2008 RRS repaired after a front end 'shunt'.

My question is around the washer bottle that feeds (I assume) both the headlight washers and the windscreen washers.

When I press the button on my dash to either fire the windscreen washer jets or the headlamp washer jets are there 2 motors/pumps, 1 for each washer set or is there one pump/motor for both?

If 2 pumps/motors then where does the one sit for the headlight washers, in/near the bumper?

Thanks,

Jon

United Kingdom

If the same as the D3 (and I see no reason why it wouldn't be) then here are two pumps - one for the front/rear screen washers, and a separate one for the headlamp washers.

Plenty of threads on www.disco3.co.uk about, this might help you (it's about a retrofit but similar to refitting I'd imagine).
