United Kingdom 2007 Range Rover Sport TDV6 HSE Java Black

Thanks for all your comments!
I guess the answer is simply to give up then? It's annoying as I made a list of all the things I should say to make her do clever things, but all I get is "sorry" so it's simply that my commands are not understood.
The thing is, if the car didn't offer this facility, I wouldn't mind and would still love her, but knowing it's supposed to do all these things and not being able to make her do them is infuriating!!!
Couple of other things - my last car didn't have a sat nav so I bought a cheap little RAC model. That one has got a speed camera warning facility built in but the RRS doesn't seem to have this? Is it an optional extra or is it simply not available for Range Rovers? Secondly, my last car accessed my mobile through Bluetooth (this is me pretending I understand all this technical stuff!) which meant I could scroll through my contact numbers via the car and dial someone. In the RRS, it seems it doesn't connect in the same way and I have to dial the number via the keypad each time? Am I doing something stupid (the most likely explanation...)?
Och weel, guess I'll have to lairn Scottish......?

Voice control is good to amuse the kids when bored in the back Very Happy

Stat nav is what it is "crap" no speed cameras at all and sure to take you the longest slowest way, but it will get you there. 1 plus very rare no reception for gps though due to far better ariel than portable ones

Blue tooth is far from perfect and Landrover one is not known for behaving itself. Even on the newer models which is better certain phones like #nokias will not import phone book Now driving a rather smart looking Van

Cant help with the sat nav, they still have not sorted that one but the bluetooth can be upgraded to a later system, I did it on my disco 3 with a new unit from wiggs on the D3 forum, it was a vast improvement, downloading the phone book and working as it should and it wasn't a huge amount of money either. He knows about the sport too so it might be worth having a word with him. 12MY RRS Orkney Grey HSE Lux
