Picking up TDV8 tomorrow!!

After much deliberation Vogue vs Sport etc....I have finally bought a car.

I pickup a Stornoway TDV8 HSE, 58 plate with 27k tomorrow from Guy Salmon in Stratford Very Happy

I will post pics if I stop driving it long enough, I have a 300 mile run to Devon planned already...

Thanks for the advice on here (some given most through search), made my mind up on the Sport and glad I ignored all the FF die hards.

You'll just want to drive and drive...I collected my TDV8 58 plater end June and now done nearly 5k and I'm sure I've not been anywhere!! Huge torque, floor it especially in sport and off you go...
You'll be leaving soon for GS then??!!

Shifts in command shift too, you can really keep it pulling. There's nothing like that growl in the base of the seat when you boot it Very Happy

What is it with this whole "show us pics" thing? It's an RRS. >90% of us have one. We know what they look like.

More important ISTM is how the new owner likes the driving aspect etc. of their new purchase. Thumbs Up 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
2008 TDV8 - it was a labour of love and is much missed
