Australia 2005 Range Rover Sport 4.4 V8 HSE Tangiers Orange

Harrys Cafe de Wheels in Wooloomooloo, just round from the Botanic Gardens. Probably 15-20 mins walk from the Shangri-La. Just get someone to point you in the direction of Wooloomooloo 'pier' and Harry's is on the foreshore by the Shell garage.

Some nice boats & restaurants there as well, but make sure you get a pie & mash from Harrys. Thumbs Up Ex-G4 Challenge RRS HSE, BV55 YZE. Subtle shade of orange ! Now registered YZE481 G4RRS in Melbourne.

Some Help needed.......driving to Blue Mountains tomorrow for the day. I am aiming for Katoomba. Is this the best place to see? Any tips or ideally a postcode to be aiming for?

Not after a hotel or anything just the best view, tour etc

Just be careful, I think there are road closures up there due to the bushfires which broke out yesterday.

Wow thanks for the heads up!! Just flicked on the news this morning and it is right where we were going, Echo Point, Katoomba! Plans changed for today due to cloudy weather and idiot fire starters!

The jet boat rides out of the harbour are good, prepare to get wet, upset the misses & see the harbour from a different angle.

Have fun.

Yep, stick to the speed limits, the cops are Censored over here for speeding and with us Brits being used to *ahem* higher speeds, it's very easy to get caught. I've only been here 2 weeks and I'm already fed up !

Blue Mountains is a nice drive though, went over that way a couple of times to see Echo Point / 3 Sisters and travel on the steepest railway (worth a go). If you fancy a longer drive then Bathurst is the other side of the BM's and you can drive round the circuit, it's a public road. Ex-G4 Challenge RRS HSE, BV55 YZE. Subtle shade of orange !
