My Voda 64 GB one arrived at 10am, hats off to them for being so organised, and only £29 for my upgrade 10 months early Thumbs Up

I won't use it as a phone, but everything else is good. I like my Nokia 8800 Carbon way better...and I can text and drive too...sometimes Whistle

United Kingdom 2010 Range Rover Sport Supercharged Santorini Black

Had 4s for a day now, spent a considerable time comparing, learning playing around with.

First of all, the screen: colour scheme is different, i.e. colours, especially black is not so black, but dark grey...ish It also feels that the screen has been moved up bit (on the inside, towards user's face, the not phone's top) closer to the user.
It is much faster than iPhone 4, but I suspect like any other device it will get slower as it accumulates more data (photos, music, apps etc). Right now mine iPhone only contains 13GB of data, still 51 to fill...)

It also sounds much louder I think.

Camera - have not tried yet. But the improvement should be noticeable.

Messages/Missed calls - pop up in a different and much convenient way and additional msg tones have been added.

iMessages - very good option, the same as Blackberry messenger. Free messages between iPhone iOS 5 users

Very cool reminders drop down menu.

iCloud - priceless. I have tried photo stream, works fine on wi-fi. However, I think, not sure yet, but if you want documents to be distributed across all devices, you need to have pages/numbers etc applications.

Voice activation works well, even with my accent. Vadim A.

Yes but the majority of those improvements are iOS5 not the phone being better! Mike

Funny you should say that ( I haven't seen the news) but from what can tell the 4s has no better battery life, it definitely does not last a day, so no better than the 3GS I upgraded from RR Sport TDV8 09 Santorini Black with all the trimmings

I did notice the battery life is worse than iPhone 4. Having said that it never ran out of power before I got home... Vadim A.

I definitely agree about the screen contrast issue, on my iPhone 4 it was as though the icons were jumping out of the screen and blacks were deep, on the 4S black is grey and the retina display isn't as impressive. Current: MY 12 HSE Autobiography Kit
Gone: MY10 HSE Rear Ent/Park Heating
