Well, what to say... !

My Sport was suppose to go in in the next few weeks for it's annual service (2y old, 20,000 miles) but a rear left noise on monday evening on the way back from work decided that it's should get booked in asap as my rear pads were bassicly gone and eating into the disk already...

Call in on tuesday morning. car booked in for wednsday.... and back on the same day... Talk about a speedy process! Did I mention that it came back showroom clean??
In addition to the 2nd service, I had all brake pads changed + rear discs.

As always, they keep you inform of all the work and deadline was not only respected but beaten... On booking, I was expecting to get the car back the next day but in the end, it was back on the day Well done!!

Unfortunatly, I had to use their friendly driver as I work on the other side of town and start at silly hours so no luck in saying hi to James but I have to go to check youthe Evoque in the flesh at some point!

Once again, thank you for a friendly and speedy service! I'll keep returning!

Thanks for the feedback Jimmy! I wondered why I hadn't seen you, however the collection/delivery driver scenario explains the situation........ I think you were worried that I'd try and sell you an Evoque so steered clear of the dealerhsip!
