You need a very bad girl in high heel shoes to do a few laps up and down your back. 2017 Range Rover Sport Autobiography |

Personally I use a witch doctor, well acupuncture anyway. Have tried a chiro before and came out in more pain than when I went in! Went to witch doctor next day and overnight was better, have always done this since. Citroen C6

Hang yourself Hold onto the top of a door casing or something then just let all your weight hang there,it will stretch your back,I get this a lot. |

Jonny - couple of suggestions - first try an osteopath - sometimes a little less brutal than a chiro - could just be muscles have gone into spasm and they need a little releasing and relaxing - guy used to do my legs and shoulders when lower back went and the difference was amazing - all interconnected.
