Unwanted Software Update? MY10 TDV6

I've just picked up my RRS back from the dealer's after having a faulty oil sensor replaced. Got home, closed the car with the windows open and held down the 'lock' button to close the windows. Nothing happened. Got back into car to close them manually, only to find that the one-touch close no longer worked on any of the windows.

There doesn't seem to be a user setting for this, so I'm worried now that the dealers have also taken the opportunity to update the software, and this has included disabling the one-shot close and closing the windows via the remote. Does anyone know if LR has disabled this in the latest UK spec? I could ring the dealer but it seems to take about 2-3 days and as many attempts before they return my calls.

I'll be well pi**ed off if they have - this isn't ridiculously litigious America; it's sensible old Blighty where common sense still comes into it, and so far my daughters have both survived to the ripe old ages of 7 and 10 without accidentally decapitating or strangling themselves whilst closing the car windows.

Please tell me I've just missed a setting somewhere! Alfa Romeo Giulietta 1.8::MG Montego Turbo::MGB GT::Rover Sterling::MGF::MG ZT 190+

it may just need resetting.

on the FL2 you hold the up button till the window close, and keep it held for a little while and you'll hear a click to say its done,

one touch windows should then work, repeat on each window.

then try the Lock function again

Re-calibrating the windows is detailed in the manual.
