you know,

you have to admire Kahn for building up his business from scratch its admirable even though we do not know where the official funds came from...

the hardest thing is maintaining business and repeat business and customer service is most important!

my father taught me that people dont rant and rave if you do good things, they are just happy and may recomend you! but people always get a chip on their shoulder when they feel they are being shortchanged or poorly treated thus you always have to look after the client!

without happy customers you have no business!

Agree SP but I do everything to keep customers happy and get nothing but very happy customers and any issues are dealt with. I think it's easier in a small company though.

Thing is I think my customer satisfaction rate is close to if not 100%, Kahn's much much less, but I guarantee he has a lot more money!

It does make me wonder how he has done so well! The thing is you only ever hear about the unhappy customers, people are much more inclined to complain than praise, just like when new people come on here and worry about buying an RRS because all they see is horror stories.......where in reality there are many more happy RRS owners than unhappy ones, probably 99% of RRS owners are not on this site.

Thanks Guys,

i am a car fanatic, always have been and no doubt always will be its just the way i am.
however this is my job and i am trying to do it the best that i possibly can. but i will also add that i wouldnt be so passionate about the job if i had no belief in its products.

since i have joined Kahn i can only comment on the parts i deal with every day and i can honestly count on one hand the issues i have had with kits sold since i joined. a

i am not however saying that these problems didnt exist before i started but i am trying to rctify a few issues that occoured before i started.

our products are very different thesedays, we use a carbon composite on our bodykits< all of them. it fits exceptionally well and doesnt warp.

the issue you have with 22 inch wheels is that yes they are big, and yes you have less tyre so it stands to reason that they are more damagable than standard but if you hit a pothole and bend or crack a wheel then no warranty in the world will cover this. ever!

i will keep trying my best and there are a few people on here who have dealt with either myself or the company and been very very satisfied, however..... i wont give up and i will no doubt be on here for a fair old time yet. ha ha ha.

but thanks for the recognition, it goes a long way.

and Ady ... yes you are right, it is frustrating not being able to reply in the way i would sometimes like to.

i love our products and i will continue to do what i can.

Martin, Kahn are rubbish, their service is rubbish and they think they are better than their customers.

Overfinch are miles and miles ahead of Kahn, quality and service wise.

When I had an issue with an Overfinch product, they sorted out the issue immediately. All Kahn do is refer you to their in house solicitor who job is to fob off the customer!

Eventually enough peolple will find out about how bad KAHN are!!!

Johnny007,

im not really getting into a slanging match on here with you. if that is your opinion then fair do's its your opinion.

however how you put it there is far from the case.

so as soon as you called us to discuss your problem we said, hang on i will just pass you to our solicitor.

as said MANY times, this is not how me or this business operate, far from it!

im just reiterating my point...

i got passed onto "snowy" who said it was the bodyshops fault and bad fitting etc," they were not a Kahn approved bodyshop" lol

make it sound like i was trying to fix my bentley... ha ha ha

Martin, is this feedback given to Kahn himself? or are you just put on the front line to protect his feelings? RR Sport supercharged 06

tbh, as the owner himself admitted, and offered an exchange of products, i think, you should start by honoring the offer!

that would show that your willing to right the past wrongs...

who else would agree? 10k is alot of money to spend on upgrading a car, esp for it all to fall apart! every Kahn product i got did fall apart. RR Sport supercharged 06

Like you say Ady, 1 post that says "see you in court" doesnt exactly imply a long membership.

I really do fail to understand some people. At the very least I would take Martin up on his offer, maybe even go and see him and the Kahn gang face to face. I'm sure there's a resolution to these issues if people acted in a grown up manner. Shouting the odds and slagging off a company is going to get you nowhere fast IMO.

Well done for continuing to hold out the olive branch Martin Thumbs Up I'd be surprised if you get a call though Whistle ON THE WAY: BMW F21 M140i

Thanks Martin
I had already visited Saturday and spoke to Ali and I apologise for sounding aggressive but was told one thing Saturday and then found out facts on this site which contradicted what I was told.
Further digging also confirms my suspicions.
I apologise to all if anyone was "miffed" by the comments made but should you need to know anything Martin then feel free to contact me as Brandon has my details.
Customer Service issues though to be fair shouldnt really be past direct to your "In House Solicitor" by passing all other means of contact and negotiation. I can only assume that this tactic is used when fault is found with an item to "scare people off",I dont scare and never have done and always take any matter as far as possible but apologise for any offence if any caused and appreciate your comment.
With regard to SP,no dont know him but I think I know wheres hes coming from and how he got there and its a little worrying that even after your comments in previous posts, some one else is heading down that road. Exclamation
