Upon further inspection of my car when i got home
N01 All glass streaky.
N02 Plastic trims streaky
N03 Wheel spokes still dirty
No4 Front bumper not clayed at all, still full of contaminants
N05 Headlining not cleaned at all
N06 Paint work has more scratches and machine polish marks in it than ever
N0 7 Tyre shine, well thats a joke he used the same stuff that he used on the plastics under the bonnet whatever that was and by the time i'd got home some 9 miles later there were none left on the tyres, most of it were up the side of the car dispite me talking to him in length regarding the good quality of products i already use, and his answer was if i used products like that then i couldn't afford to do it, i now wished i'd of had the time to supervise this numpty
I have sent a report to their senior valeter inviting him to come and inspect my car, as of yet i am still waiting a reply, DO NOT USE THIS COWBOY OUTFIT

So i have just spent the rest of the afternoon trying to correct as much as possible this numpty's handy work

Been up since 6am detailing my car this morning. Washed, clayed, washed again, tardis, washed again, polish and I'm done. Another coat of polish to go, and two coats of wax.....and then im done! Nothing else on today.....clearly!

Andy, i usually do do it myself but i didn't just have the time (neither did foxy)
The MD of Ultimate Care Care has phoned me today to apologise profusely and to point out it wasn't one of their own family members that has carried out the work on my car and that it was a subcontractor that they used on this occasion because of the short notice that i'd given them to get my car done in time. Craig has made an appointment with me to come out and rectify my faults, so i will reserve any further judgement untill he has been.

i agree a bit to quick to put up a post of DONT USE THESE GUYS when you havent given the company a chance to rectify the issues if everyone put up posts like this then a lot of businesses would struggle

My outfit is care based and contracts for care are based on Policies, Procedures and Inspected outcomes. No second chances, and any failings are listed on the internet and hard copies sent to all relevant parties........ 08 2.7 RRS "S"
