Quick question on a purchase

Nearing a purchase of a RRS. Went to a couple of dealers up here in Edinburgh but had a question on a website. Why is there a price difference on these two cars given they are MY10's and one has much more mileage than the other.

Appreciate your time, thanks in advance

United Kingdom 2012 Range Rover Sport SDV6 HSE Santorini Black

Just click on the features along side the details and all will be revealed, the top one has a few optional extras compared to the bottom one, which is pretty much standard spec. either way knock them down. Thumbs Up

2010 Range Rover Sport TDV8 HSE Galway Green

From what I can see the more expensive car has:
Contrast stitching
Extended Leather
Heated Steering Wheel
Side Steps
Privacy Glass
Chrome Mirror Caps
Tracker System

Of those only the extended leather is really worth extra in my opinion. Many of the other bits could be retro fitted cheaply enough.

When I was looking for a nearly new TDV8 the mileage didn't seem to make much difference to the price, be it 10k or 20k miles. WINNER - 2009 ‘Just Doing What It’s Designed To Do’ Award

Stratstone

We have just recently bought a 2010 3.6 RRS 3.6 HSE TDV8 from Stratstone in Perth, we had an initial problem with the first car we bought from them, but they changed the car within a few weeks and could not have been more profesional in the way we were treated. I have read a lot of complaints about Stratstone but would definitely reccomend the branch in Perth t Thumbs Up Cool

Scotland 2010 Range Rover Sport TDV8 HSE Alaska White

Same goes for me with regard to Stratstone, I have purchased two RRS and 1 Jaguar XKR from them and they have been nothing but professional and extremely helpful, nothing was too much problem. I guess certain dealerships are better than others instead tarring them all with the same brush. If you've not already done so take a trip to Pentland on Lanark Road and ask for Paul. From my own experience they were excellent, he was very knowledgeable, not pushy at all and helped source exactly what we wanted through the Approved Used programme. also willing to come and go a little on the overall deal.

I found Stratstone in Edinburgh to be really unhelpful (verging on rude) and not interested in helping find what I was looking for. Again, just my own experience. And not willing to budge at all on the overall deal.
