They have a supercharged A/B.

Well by a strange coincidence I had to go past there a few weeks ago and needed some replacement wipers for my RRS. It was a Saturday morning and the service Dept was shut. Bought the wipers and as I am pretty new to all things Land Rover I asked if anyone available might know how to fit them. Drew a complete blank from the stores and sales folk there on the day. Figured it out myself and fitted them. Nice enough folk but maybe I was just unlucky on the day with the overall level of knowledge available.

I have mixed experiences with them as I am currently having some issues with a vehicle they supplied.

This is the second vehicle I have purchased from them so read into that what you will.

Service department are good and the sales people I have dealt with seem knowledgeable, but I am not certain I would give them any more of my money...

Not going to add any more as I would like to give them 1 final chance to resolve the issues to my satisfaction before escalating anything further.

That said you could have a great experience with them. When I bought my RRS I had no issues with the dealer...

Well I'm down south and would be a long trip for me. Think it's about 5 hrs up.asked them to send me some photos of the sport and they sent me 4!! So asked them for more so still waiting. I have alway used Yeovil but they don't have anything at mo. So abit worried about using some one so far away. But thanks Simon for info. Hope they sort it for you.

Its a shame we've not got anything suitable at the moment.

From experience photos will only give you a rough indication of condition. Could you agree a deal in principal and meet the Sales Exec half way for an inspection? They'd presumably want to see yours too to give you an accurate PX value (assuming you're PX'ing) rather than airing in the side of caution.
