Confirmed - they are within the main fuse packs so integral to the cars fuse box. Mike

Ok checked fuses nothing amiss, booked in to dealer Wednesday, issue is that i have trailer that works fine when plugged into other tow electris but when on mine, no brake lights on both sides and know lights at all on passenger side although indicators work, problem is replicated if i plug a tow board in as well. its as iff the passenger side circuit is out as well as brake lights. Sad

Hope you sort it, always annoying when the fuses are fine, especially when the fuses are split like the fault. Mike

Thanks, I will post back once I know, have a mate with a test unit for towing electrics and he is popping round to plug it in tommorow so I should have an independent view before I drop into the dealers. Thumbs Up

Cant help you why you have the fuse block still...maybe old stock?

But on programming, its the other towing features you dont get until enabling, like holding gears down hill and disabling the reversing sensors etc.

Ive got to get it round to my mate to have it turned on. Mike

Ok update, the wiring kit does have a fuse block fitted, the dealer found mine behind the panel as I first suspected. Apparently it had been fitted as if it was a D4 install where it is installed behind the acces panel, now installed correctly in boot compartment and blown fuses now replaced. I will post tow electrics part numbers that have fuse loom later. Thumbs Up

Towbar Electrics Wiring harness that has fuse box that should be located in boot compartment:
YWJ500160 & YWJ500150

This is strange as there definitely isnt one for the 2011MY and it has the fuses in the fuse box - maybe disco and early range rover versions are different Mike
