GAS CONVERSION

I know it's sacrilidge but and a realy stupid question. But a fellow co-worker has bought an old full fat 4.6.v8 with a gas conversion and he is swearing by it. It's the best thing since sliced bread according to him, but he is not the brightess bulb in the room.
1-have any of you had your RRS converted to gas?????
2- does the initial cost out lay the long term benefit??
3- and is it worth it???
4- are there any problems with having it gas converted???
5- do you get a tax reduction or tax exemption???????

Thanks

You can gas the RRS, but the sc requires head modification of hardened valve seats. Rendering a quality conversion to expensive to. Be economical.
