ADY I think that the cost of a car is all relative. When you buy a car over 100k, do you really need to be thinking of how much its actual worth is? Nah its just a car. A to B and youre there. Its like when you buy a RRS you know that the cost of fuel is a going to be a major issue and the insurance(for us young ones), but if you worry about it means you cant really afford it. So you dont do it. But if you do buy the car its just relative to your financial situation. .
So if youre going to spend 100k why not spend 1.4 Smile Smile

Andy ...This is my point if the individual has to justify the price of something then its out of their range. So its relative.

My insurance yesterday cost me 1800.00 ! Fully comp with protected NC 65% with business miles. Why was it so much. Admiral wouldnt even insure me grrr Smile

Yes i my case i do, as you know i'm passionate about my cars just as you are, but if i had that sort of money to spend on a road going car would i? No. A race car for the track, then yes, it all depends on what makes you tick.

She'll get us on the naughty step again for being Off Topic

Please not the naughty step Big Cry

I cant really work out how much I'd willingly spend on something that was OTT for it's purpose having just dumped a wheelbarrow full of cash on my last transaction, it can be taken as read that the Wildcat 300 STR would be on the list @ £65k for an example of finest Cornish engineering......hmm fancy a pasty now !! 08 2.7 RRS "S"
