Umberto/Grommet I am surprised that the fuel filler flap on US spec cars doesn't lock, my humble SE's flap locks with the central locking, no key needed.
Yes, it's a slight mystery in North America -- on both RRS and LR3: no lock actuator on the fuel door. You can't siphon fuel (screen prevents that), but it does feel a bit cheap. When LR3s first appeared, the dealers were very surprised it didn't lock. So was I. when RRS appeared, it wasn't a surprise. Cool

United Kingdom 2005 Range Rover Sport TDV6 HSE Rimini Red

I'd like to see :

a roof rail / roof rack system that actually carries a decent weight (like 4 kayaks),

a phone cradle in line of sight

cubby boxes in boot

colour coded plastic thingy's at bottom of doors (better still delete them altogether)

a higher performance ECU setting from factory (or switchable settings)

a sat nav system that does something more useful

a TR setting for driving on rubbish road surfaces (ie softer ride)

oh yes, and a price which is £3k less than the equivalent D3 Laughing RRS TDv8 HSE Rimini

They could also hide the rear wipers like they did for the big RR, especially with the huge spoiler we have on the RRS... RRS HSE, Buckingham Blue , Ivory/Aspen Interior, Luxury Package (Cherry Wood, Cooler Box, etc...), RSE, SIRIUS, PTI, Tasmod Sill Plates

Good point Isma - another advantage of the FFRR style rear wiper is that once you have done a wash/wipe cycle with it you don't get remaining water running down the screen you have just cleaned! The FFRR also gives a delayed extra wipe after it has completed the wash/wipe cycle. 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

They should move the buttons for the windows -- right now its like you need Gadget-O-Arms to push them.

United Kingdom 2006 Range Rover Sport TDV6 HSE Bonatti Grey

my 2p...

Agree with positioning the window buttons about 2 inches further back from the front pillar... I have to lean way forward to activate them (admittedly my seat position is as far back as it will go)...

Also, if possible I'd like LR to incorporate the split tail gate differently like the original Range Rover so that you can sit on the bottom bit when pulled down. The glass split tailgate in my view is pointless...

Better rear bumper design (front ok)

21" wheels at standard on HSE or above and of course decent tail pipes on the exhausts for all models Range Rover Sport TdV6HSE Bonatti Grey 20" FE Stormer wheels, Privacy Glass, Mats, Boot Mat, black badges, SC grille and vents

1) I'd like to get rid of the reflection of the FOS dash air vent on the windscreen.
2) Latteral head rest adjustment would be better instead of just vertical as I like to sit upright. As a highly trained driver I don't do slouching in the drivers seat.
3) Why can't the passenger seat have the same seat adjustment as the driver?

Apart from that everything else is great IMHO TDV6 - gone
TDV8 - gone
