Help Tow Bar Electrics

I am trying to locate the tow bar electrics fuse box the manual, page 240 indicates that it is in the boot under the flap to the tool compartment, i cannot locate it, does anybody have any idea where it is and how i get to it or even better a diagram or photo.

Thanks

Thats what i thought but nothing fitted, Stratstone Docaster fitted the electrics and it would not suprise me if they did not just stuff the fuse strip at the back of the left hand panel rather than doing the job correctly, i would take a look but i do not want to take the panel off myself.

I think a call to them Monday and ask them to where they fitted them and then tell them do the job again correctly. Evil or Very Mad

my 2005 didn't have the extra fuses under the boot as described in the manual.

I never did find where they had been installed...

2008 model and the fitting instructions for the kit show the fuse block to be fitted in boot tools compartment.

There are only two kits available for towbar electrics and both have the fuse strip as described above, the actual block is a loom of the main wiring loom so has to be there, i think they have been stuffed behind the panel and not fitted as they should be and as described in the installation instructions Thumbs Up

Sorry your not correct - my genuine loom, bought 3 months ago, with instructions, didnt have the fuse strip and provided both sockets - hence i think they changed the design!! Mike

Thanks for this and now more confusion, this is not a part number i have for the electrics kit, and if they have changed the design where are the fuses to protect the circuit now installed?
