I had this problem with new LR wipers after a few weeks got shot of them and fitted Bosch wipers from a car acc shop , silent and not a squeak from them Thumbs Up

It might have something to do with the screen wash you are using marc.

Vinegar is the simple and inexpensive solution to many and varied problems. On my old Land Rover any seized bolts could be released after applying a small amount of vinegar for a few minutes. It works staggeringly well. Also great for cleaning many surfaces, including windows, carpets, metal and paintwork. It is so good that I swear that if it were invented today and put in a fancy bottle and sold for £10's - people would queue to buy it. I kid you not !

The Silencio wiper made a difference; a new wiper arm cured it 100%.Now silent. and i mean sielent. i ish i had done this months ago instead of putting uo with it.

the original arm was bent and this was evident when holding up a new ar to compare,

Taking the RRS to Paris today and so it can all it likes now!
