SAT NAV Up Grade

can any one tell me were I can get aSAT NAV up grade disc from, and how to do the up grade of the system

Nick at Yeovil Land Rover will supplym at a good price. To install just move passenger seat forward or back (forgotten which) to access dvd player. Eject the old disc and pop in the new one and wait for update. I recall a liitle unlocking catch on the dvd drive you have to disengage to allow ejection.
