Actually getting on well with the D3. I don't miss the Sport. The Sport interior was far superior, but then the D3 does most of things better. It is certainly more comfortable, as the suspension is slightly softer and it is much better on the rough country roads around us. It also handles as well as the Sport, which surprised me (may due to the 19" alloys on the D3 vs the 18" on the RRS).

Last evening when I parked the Sport outside my parents place my Dad came into the lounge and said to look outside at my car - he had been watching some folks in a Maya Gold D3 drive passed the house, back up then sat for about 5 minutes looking at the Sport parked out on the street! As soon as he opened the front door they drove off! 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it 2018 Melting Silver Mini Countryman PHEV - soon to be replaced 2015MY Corris Grey SDv6 HSE Dynamic, the best car I have ever owned, totally reliable only a cou0le of rattles in 3 years, now no longer in my care Also in my garage is a 1996 TDi300 Defender 90 County HT made into a fake CSW |
