Check the cables/connections and earth first mate. Common cause and often missed ending up costing people a fortune for no reason. |

All the connections on the battery are in tip top nick No corrosion and all tight. Not sure where earth is bolted to? SDV8 vogue SE. Corris grey and ivory leather + most of the toys. Limited edition RRS model number 0001 Gone TDV8 RR Sport. Never to be forgotten. Wife has an i8 BMW |

check your upper tailgate relies switch had the same on mine took me 3 weeks of testing to find the problem god knows how much it would have cost in the dealers to find the problem they tend to corrode inside take the outer rubber casing off if its corroded inside thats your problem m8 do a search on the forum battery drain and it will tell you everything you need to know about it |

Sure enough once the rubber cover was removed total corrosion evident. New unit fitted by dealer.

Car back from dealer. Bill £78. Part was cheaper than E bay item posted I left car at dealers for 36 hours and started with no fuss.
